Why have a customer charter? Who cares anyway?
it4 is committed to its partners indeed we can not achieve
without your dedication and support. This charter is designed
as a high level overview as to how we would like to work
with you and indeed the customers that use the Invu suite
of products. This year we have embarked on a major drive
to improve all customer relations with the introduction
of a Customer Services Manager backed up by The it4 Promise.

constantly strive to achieve this. Our products are designed
to perform their tasks with the minimum of fuss and automate
the mundane. We avoid technobabble and by producing information
management software which is amazingly easy to use, of
the highest quality, and at an affordable price, we deliver
fantastic value and results and we will never stop doing
so. This customer charter is a bold statement of our intent
to deliver the service levels across all points in the
company to fulfil our primary purpose.
