No, far from it! The it4 Customer Charter is about improving
the services provided to it4 'customers' whether they
are 'it4 Partners' or 'End Users'. It's there to encourage
a proactive and positive relationship between it4 and
everyone that sells or runs the software.
How can I give feedback?
You can pass your feedback to it4 in a variety of different

We conduct regular surveys on the support we provide
so by answering the questions you are helping us to
improve our service to you.
