What is the it4 Customer Charter?

The it4 Customer Charter outlines how we will look after our partners and customers whilst selling to them, whilst supporting them and whilst developing new versions of the product. The advantage of having a customer charter is that it will advise you, in advance, what you can expect when dealing with it4 on customer issues. Hopefully, it demonstrates to you our commitment to maintaining best practice in service delivery and it provides a benchmark against which we can measure our performance.

It covers our relationship with our Customers across the following areas:-

  • Sales and Marketing
  • Technical Support
  • Development
  • Finance
 


So it's just about complaints?


No, far from it! The it4 Customer Charter is about improving the services provided to it4 'customers' whether they are 'it4 Partners' or 'End Users'. It's there to encourage a proactive and positive relationship between it4 and everyone that sells or runs the software.
