Why is finance included in this charter?
Whether you are an it4 partner, end user, supplier, or investor,
at some point you may interface with the it4 finance department.
We want that interface to be as easy and straight forward
as our products and services.
In order to do this, we will endeavour at all times to
ensure that we:-
Set down our terms and conditions of supply / purchase
at the beginning of every relationship
Devise simple, clear and concise procedures for dealing
with it4
Provide all necessary supporting documentation in a timely
fashion
Regularly provide statements, summaries and reconciliations
as required
Answer all pertinent questions with regard to account queries
as fully and quickly as possible
Apologise for and correct any errors made on our part, as
soon as they are identified (because despite being accountants,
we are human too!).
Ensure that any issues or uncertainties pertaining to orders,
invoices, correspondence etc. will be dealt with in a speedy
and direct manner with the appropriate party.
Always try to understand our customers needs and circumstances
and to resolve issues in a fair and even handed manner
