The development of the invu product is of course core to us providing you with the service you require. The product needs to do what you need it to! In order to do this we will use best of breed tools to base our software on and will continue to develop 'Easy to Use', 'High Quality' software in line with our core strategic principles. In doing this we will push back the boundaries of current software technology researching and developing more benefits for you.

Whilst it is not always possible we undertake to introduce features into the product that are generic (features that have been requested by several users and can be used by the majority of our customers) wherever technologically possible.

In order to do this the feedback that you provide is of paramount importance to us. It is your feedback that has gone in to making invu the product it is today and what it will become in the future.

When you pass your feedback on to us through wishlist@it4.net.au you will receive an automated response followed within one month by a further update on your request. This way your request can be properly assessed.

With all this technology we undertake to provide documentation relevant to level of technical expertise using it. This will range from comprehensive technical documentation for develop interfaces through to online user manuals.
